Location: WEAP Integrated Madison Site (Part of the LEARN Behavioral Family)
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually

For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

 

At our WEAP Integrated Madison Site, children, teens and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities have access to a one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary model where Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Clinicians, and Behavior Analysts all work under one roof. Families don’t have to juggle multiple providers—our team delivers collaborative, life-changing care together in one vibrant, spacious clinic.

What You Have

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility)
  • 3+ years of OT experience (2+ years working with children with autism strongly preferred)
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills—you enjoy helping others grow!
  • A self-starter who brings ideas, passion, and vision to the table
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and a love of working as part of a team

Bonus if you have SIPT certification, First Aid/CPR training!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver best-practice OT services through assessments, interventions, and collaborative treatment
  • Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists and COTAs through training, coaching, and supervision
  • Partner with families to provide education, home programs, and support that extends beyond the clinic
  • Collaborate daily with SLPs, Behavior Analysts, and Mental Health Clinicians to deliver truly integrated care
  • Carry a small caseload to stay hands-on while driving program development and clinical excellence
    Represent OT in workshops, trainings, and interdisciplinary planning
