Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), world-renowned leader in early comprehensive behavioral treatment for children with autism, is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist, PhD or PsyD, to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities

Some essential functions may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine the presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilities
  • Administering, scoring, and interpreting required developmental and psychological assessments measures
  • Completing psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practices
  • Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Opportunities for supervision of staff and trainees
  • Maintaining state license, completing required continuing education, and staying current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventions

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Clinical experience diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disorders
  • Familiarity with the ADOS-2 assessment preferred
  • Experience with toddlers preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English desired
  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited university
  • LLP or LP, licensed in the state of Wisconsin
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team of other licensed clinicians
