Pay rate starts at $16 - $17.50 per hour (based on experience).

The role of a Lead Technician is varied and brings to a behavioral treatment team at least 2 years of experience as a Behavioral Technician working with autistic children between the ages of 2 – 6 who are participating in ABA treatment. A Lead Technician is assigned to teams and/or a Behavior Analyst and might be expected to work 1:1 with clients; train new Behavioral Technicians; complete admin duties at our centers or in-home clients.
If you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. If you work part-time, you’re eligible for sick leave.

Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly, according to client needs.
